Is there parking?
There is drive-in parking, for two cars. We encourage people to use the parking, so they can park up and let their dogs off straight into the paddock.
how do i get into the paddock?
Approximatly 15mins before the start of your session you will receive a text message with the code for the padlock. Please double check you have entered your phone number in correctly when making your booking, as this is the most common reason for a code not being received. Once you have your code you will be able to unlock the padlock on the internal wooden gate, giving you access to the paddock.
Is there any drinking water for my dog?
There is a fresh water supply located next to the picnic bench.
How many dogs can I bring into the paddock?
We have a maximum limit of 6 dogs per session.
Can I bring my XL Bully?
XL bullies are very welcome, but please note that there are not covered by our Public Liability Insurance and so any accidents that should happen whilst in the dog paddock will be the owners responsibility. For this reason, we recommend that XL bullies are booked into individual paddock hire sessions as opposed to group sessions, so that the can enjoy maximum off-lead, muzzle-free time.
What if I can’t make my session?
Sessions can be rearranged up to the hour before they are due, after this you will be charged the full amount for hire of the paddock.
Can i get a refund?
We completely understand that 'life' happens and sometimes a refund is necessary. However, where possible we will try and rearrange your session for another day/time. Unfortunately, if a code is not received due to a phone number being typed in incorrectly and you miss your session, we will not be held liable and a refund will not be offered. Please double check your phone number is correct before confirming the booking.
